Facilities Management Solutions (FM Solutions) is a South African company offering facilities management (FM) services in the South African market since 2002.

We have an established reputation within the FM industry having managed large government, parastatal and private sector contracts across various industries.  We ensure that our clients' business, focus and strategy is considered, and value beyond savings is achieved.

FM Solutions is a Level 2 BBBEE contributor with 51% black ownership and is ISO9001:2014 accredited.  We are members of the South African Facilities Management Association (SAFMA) and have a Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) General Building (GB) Level 3 certification.

Our leaders and management staff comprise professionally registered engineers, accredited SAFMA professionals, skilled and qualified staff across the diverse range of sectors.

FM Solutions has regional offices in the Western Cape, Gauteng, Free State and the Eastern Cape.  We also have a national operational footprint, enabling us to mobilise staff in any region of the country quickly and efficiently should the need arise.
