General Manager: Facilities Management

We have two vacancies available for a General Manager: Facilities Management based in Cape Town and Johannesburg.  The appointed candidates will be required to:

  • Apply insight and understanding to the general operational areas within the business
  • Manage operational business units performance
  • Contribute to building the client base and portfolio

Furthermore, ensure strategic client retention solutions and integrate these with the sales, business development, service excellence and people management processes.

Facilities Manager - Gauteng

We have a vacancy available for a Facilities Manager based in Johannesburg.  The appointed candidates will be required to:

  • Manage office facilities services function.
  • Manage all landlord provided services predominantly maintenance (including PPM and SLA’s), with regard to service delivery in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Account Manager (2 x Gauteng, 1 x Eastern Cape and 2 x Cape Town)

We have five vacancies for a Key Accounts Managers who will be based in based in Johannesburg (2), Eastern Cape (1) and Cape Town (2).  The appointed candidates will be required to:

  • Be responsible for delivering the contract and to achieve the elements of the contract within the contract budget, agreed upon time schedules, statutory requirements, customer satisfaction, and promoting AFMS group performance and reputation with the Client
  • Be responsible for supporting AFMS group business development strategy, identifying and maximising new business opportunities
  • To be the lead interface with the Client, responsible for the delivery of operations, maintenance and reactive services including the management and inspection of specialist service subcontractors
